Katharine is a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and a registered member of the BACP. Katharine takes a psychodynamic approach to therapy, helping people gain greater awareness and understanding of the way their past may be impacting their lives now and in to the future.
Katharine is an approachable and professional support to guide you through any challenges you may find yourself experiencing. She believes that the key to successful therapy is through building a strong and trusting relationship with her clients.
Katharine works as a student counsellor at the University of Roehampton and specialises in supporting younger adults.
Katharine worked for many years in the corporate world and understands the challenges we face trying to juggle the various pressures of life which can perhaps at times feel overwhelming.
Katharine also has a personal interest in women’s wellbeing, including pre and post-natal anxiety and depression, fertility issues, parenthood, disordered eating and the menopause.
