At The Practice we offer a range of psychological services for you and your loved ones, including individual psychotherapy, child counselling, relationship counselling., couples counselling, family therapy and addiction recovery. You will have the option to work with practitioners who specialise in many types of therapy such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT therapy),mindfulness, integrative psychotherapy and psychiatry.

In our modern world we all have busy lives. At The Practice not only do we have a great range of therapists you can trust, we can offer a you a choice of session at times and dates that best suit your needs. You will receive instant help with no waiting lists.
Confidentiality is paramount to effective therapy. You can trust your therapist to not just give you the highest quality of care, but to ensure that none of your information will be shared with a third party. You will enter into a contract solely with your practitioner. The Practice will have no access to any personal data disclosed during your sessions. Your data will not be used for any purposes.
Finding the time and space to look after our own psychological and emotional needs can be difficult. At The Practice we enable you not just to find the help you need but at a most convenient time for you. You can work around your childcare and/or your work requirements. There is no need for a GP referaal. Simply choose the practitioner that best suits your needs. If at any point in time you feel an alternative therapist may be more appropriate you are welcome to switch to an different practitioner.

Each practitioner is rigorously vetted, competent and able to deal with the ever increasing complexities of clients needs.
Our practitioners offer you a safe space in which you can talk openly without fear of judgement or rejection. They provide you with the opportunity to explore your issues and support you as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your choices and your possibilities.
Each practitioner has training in a number of mainstream therapeutic approaches enabling them to draw on a range of different perspectives. They all adhere to the strict ethical codes of conduct of their governing bodies.
Prices at The Practice vary depending on the therapist you choose and the type of therapy you require. The average one to one session will last 50 minutes, couples sessions last 50-90 minutes. You can expect to pay £50 - £150 for counselling, psychotherapy and psychological support. Full psychological and psychiatric assessments will range in price from £300-£600 depending on the type and complexity of the assessment.
