Kat EsserBACK TO PRACTITIONERS
Kat is our dedicated Yoga Instructor. She will create a nurturing and tailor-made Yoga plan enabling you to comfortably expand and explore movement and breath work. Consistent yoga practice can help with many issues including anxiety, trauma and depression as yoga is a natural way to increase serotonin production. Kat specialises in the intricate relationship between mind and body and uses her knowledge to provide an environment where the combination of meditation and physical movement will directly calm your nervous system and invigorate your body and mindset in turn.
Kat's approach to teaching is functional, nurturing and light-hearted. In each session she will work closely with you to discover what feels good yet challenging enough to make a noticeable and lasting impact to your physical body and perspective day to day.
