Grace Hawkins

Grace is a trainee psychotherapist and counsellor working with adult individuals.

She is currently studying for a master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and is a student member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). Drawing on her integrative training, Grace can adapt her approach to the needs of her clients, using elements from person-centred, existential, and psychodynamic therapies. She strives to create a safe environment for clients to explore their concerns and work collaboratively with them to improve their overall well-being.

Grace has previously worked as a Support Worker with young people in residential care and also with adults experiencing mental health difficulties.

Grace can offer sessions on a short-term or open-ended basis. As Grace is a trainee her fees range from £0.00 - £30.00 per session.
