Child and adolescent therapy offers a safe space where they can explore and start to understand their experiences and emotions. Therapy can help them develop new ways of coping and strategies to manage these feelings. Therapy can help your child or adolescent manage their overwhelming feelings, reduce anxiety, increase self-esteem and confidence and help them thrive.

Family therapy can help those in close relationships better understand and support each other, and be better able to communicate their thoughts and feelings within the family unit. Systemic family therapy enables family members to express and explore complicated thoughts and emotions safely; understand each other’s experiences and views; appreciate each others needs and build on family strengths and work together to make positive changes in their relationships and lives.
