Iris is a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist who graduated from Middlesex University (BSc (Hons)) and Greenwich University (FdSc) and is a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP). Iris also trained as a Mindfulness Teacher with the Mindfulness Network, after experiencingthe benefits of mindfulness practice in her own daily life.
