BACK TO PRACTITIONERS

Jane is a qualified and experienced Counselling Psychotherapist who works with adults, offering both short term and long-term therapy. As an Integrative Therapist Jane has trained in many different theories and models which have richly informed the way she works.

Jane provides a caring, trusting and empathic space with a safe and steady presence and will work alongside you to help you gain insight, awareness and understanding.  Supporting you in a non-judgemental way, willing to help you reflect on whatever emerges, ensuring complete confidentially.

She understands that sometimes life events, challenges, the past or something unknown can have a big impact on how we are feeling and living.  Possibly leaving us feeling stuck, helpless, depressed or anxious, or having relationship problems, low self-esteem, negative thoughts, feeling overwhelmed or physical symptoms.

Jane has worked in many different settings including a number of Charity Organisations, The NHS, Social Services and in Higher Education.  She now enjoys working in Private Practice.

Jane is a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapists and an Anxiety UK approved Counsellor.
