Harriet is a highly experienced counsellor. She works primarily as a humanistic /integrative counsellor. Harriet’s specialisms are addiction, young people and trauma.
Harriet is passionate about her work and is committed to continued education and professional development. She is keen to stress that ‘one size and one way, does not fit all’ but recognises patterns and uses her experience to gently discover the underlying issues. Harriet says ‘I work with the person at their pace, focusing on what they want with absolute honesty.’
She goes onto say ‘Life can be so hard. I am aim to provide a safe space where you can explore all those difficult feelings and work out what you want to do with them. I will be on this journey with you enabling you to really live’.
Harriet charges £60 per session.
