BACK TO PRACTITIONERS

Sharon is an experienced counsellor and aims to offer a holistic listening, supportive and collaborative relationship to incorporate your mental and emotional health in a safe, calm, nurturing and confidential environment.

We can all feel overwhelmed at times and sometimes it’s hard to see how our situation can improve so we continue to repeat patterns that no longer help us.  Talking through any difficulties or issues helps identify ways in which you can improve or make changes.   As an integrative counsellor Sharon offers a combination of therapies working with each client’s personal needs to unlock their full potential and help overcome personal challenges, working towards achieving individual life goals.

This is what some of Sharon’s clients had to say about working with her.

“Sharon is extremely kind and knowledgeable.  She listens so attentively and makes me feel comfortable and that my feelings are valued.  I appreciate my time with her and feel so much release after our sessions”.

“Sharon is an amazing listener, compassionate, and really helpful. I feel I've been able to grow with Sharon's help and she's been able to give me really valuable perspective on my primary issues and priorities”.

“A very warm and easily relatable therapist. Insightful, experienced and strangely, despite circumstances, manages to make sessions feel fun and engaging”.

Sharon offers a short initial zoom meeting to better understand your needs and answer any questions after which she will work either on line or in person for both short and long term counselling as appropriate for each client.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy she adheres to their Ethical Framework and supports her work by continual person development to keep up to date with therapeutic developments.
