Sarah is a qualified BACP counsellor offering long term and short -term individual therapy to adult clients. She works in a compassionate and empathic way with a Person-Centred Approach which allows her to provide a non-judgemental, confidential space to allow the time for you to explore your feelings and concerns.
Sarah believes in creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty and respect, enabling the two of you to find solutions together. She is passionate about the benefits of counselling and the belief that a non- directive, Person-Centred approach can enable you to feel empowered to work through areas where you feel stuck, develop coping strategies and move forward.
Prior to becoming a counsellor, Sarah worked within the NHS for over 25 years. Gaining extensive experience in working and dealing with trauma, illness, loss and bereavement.
