Leanne is a degree qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and practises using an integrative relational approach. The integrative part allows her to draw from a number of theories, giving her the flexibility to tailor the therapy to your needs and to fully support you during your sessions. Leanne works relationally and believes the strength of the therapeutic relationship is an important part of the success of therapy.
Talking to someone you don’t know about your personal thoughts and feelings can be a daunting prospect for some people. Leanne is very aware of how this initial meeting can cause some anxiety and is careful to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible. Talk therapy can be very beneficial in helping to explore and sort through what is challenging you, potentially holding you back or making you unhappy. It can be helpful to put aspects of yourself and your life into perspective, empowering you to take back control of your life.
Leanne can offer you a non-judgemental and confidential space to talk and reflect, whether that be about your past experiences, present challenges or future worries.
Leanne is flexible in being able to offer you either short term or long term therapy and has experience working with a wide range of clients of all ages, male and female.
Leanne charges £65.00 per session for individuals and £95 for couples.
