Katie is a BACP accredited integrative psychotherapist/counsellor who works relationally using a combination of approaches in order to tailor therapy to a client's individual needs. She currently practices in both the public and private sector at YMCA Horsham, Cranleigh School, and privately at The Practice, providing both short term and long term counselling. Her previous experience includes working at Heathside School, Kingston Bereavement Service, a GP’s surgery and a homeless charity. She believes that the relationship between client and counsellor is crucial for effective therapy and offers clients a safe, non-judgmental and containing space to feel heard. Katie has experience working with a wide range of life issues including relationships, low self-esteem, anxiety, bullying, depression and bereavement. She also has a specialist interest in working with attachment, which involves exploring connections between our current relationships and those from our early childhood.
Katie charges £75 a session. Katie also offers concessions to student trainees and those on low incomes.
