Jane is an integrative practitioner, mainly working with psychodynamic, person-centred and gestalt theories. This approach underpins her ability to assist clients to make sense of their lives, from their own unique perspective.
She endeavours to create a harmonious judgement free relationship, in which clients feel comfortable to explore their innermost struggles in a safe, respectful and confidential therapeutic connection. This type of relationship allows each individual client to discover their true self, at their own pace.
Jane’s holistic approach yields confidence and resilience in people, whilst promoting autonomy and self-awareness, for improved wellbeing.
Jane works face to face or remotely and always to suit the client.
Jane is also a qualified mediator and provides a mediation service for clients who may be experiencing difficulties with interpersonal relationships including: businesses in dispute which may have reached an impasse, workplace altercations, neighbourhood disputes, divorcing couples, sibling and student conflicts, etc.
Jane charges the following per session:
£80.00 for individuals
£100.00 for couples
£120.00 mediation
