Jane works with children, adolescents, adults and couples.
Jane is an experienced integrative psychotherapist/counsellor who practices using a combination of therapeutic approaches, ensuring that therapy is tailored to meet the individual need, be it short or long term. She currently works with adults, couples and young people with GP referrals and in the public and private sector. She has wide experience of working with depression, anxiety, panic, stress, loss, addiction, life limiting illness, self-harm, eating disorders, phobias and abuse and believes that to be heard in a safe, confidential environment is essential to effective therapy. Jane is Level 3 Safeguarding Children qualified.
Jane is also an experienced life and professional coach, working with both individuals and companies.
Counselling: £150 per session for adults, £150 per session for couples
Professional Coaching: £225 per session
Life Coaching: £225 per session
Family Coaching: £225 per session
Group Work: £225 per session
