Idit is an experienced humanistic counsellor, who offers counselling for individuals in a friendly and confidential environment.

She works in an integrative way that draws on several schools of thought including Person-centred, Existential and Gestalt modalities. Idit provides a safe space for you to explore your feelings and behaviours. and help you in your journey towards healing and living a better life.

When Idit is not in the practice, she works in a support centre, specialising in trauma and recovery from addictive behaviours.

Idit is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adheres to the BACP Ethical Framework

Idit charges £70 for a 50 minute session.
