Life can feel challenging for us all at times and seeking support is a courageous first step. The next is finding the right person to support you. Since research shows that “relational fit” is behind all successful therapy, Clare offers a free phone call for you to explore what brings you into therapy and whether you feel comfortable to work with one another.
Clare’s calm and reassuring manner can help you to:
- explore the change you seek by helping you put into words that which, at some level, you already know;
- explore the relational patterns which keep you stuck and which you cannot help but repeat;
- experiment with change in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
Working together, Clare will help you to understand how you love, deal with conflict, change and ultimately find the peace you seek.
As an integrative counsellor/psychotherapist Clare is able to draw on the modality most suited to your needs, (Humanistic, Psychodynamic, CBT, Transactional Analysis or Gestalt).
Clare’s first career was in the legal profession which has led to her interest in supporting those going through divorce and separation and legal professionals experiencing stress or burnout. She works as a bereavement Counsellor in a local hospice and is experienced in working with adults with a range of issues including:
- Bereavement
- Divorce and Separation
- Life limiting illness
- Loss
- Life transitions
- Relationships
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Depression
Fees: £60. However, Clare is open to negotiation if this feels unaffordable.
