- explore the relational patterns which keep you stuck and which you cannot help but repeat;
- experiment with change in a safe, non-judgemental environment.

As an integrative counsellor/psychotherapist Clare is able to draw on the modality most suited to your needs, (Humanistic, Psychodynamic, CBT, Transactional Analysis or Gestalt).
Clare’s first career was in the legal profession which has led to her interest in supporting legal professionals experiencing stress or burnout and those going through proceedings. She works as a bereavement Counsellor in a local hospice and is experienced in working with adults with a range of issues including:

Fees: £60. However, Clare is open to negotiation if this feels unaffordable.
