Anna aims to offer a supportive counsellor/client relationship, with a warm, caring, and respectful approach. Together we will work to explore deep issues that are impacting your life to help you find a way forward.
How Anna works:
As an Integrative-Relational Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Anna draws on a range of psychological theories to find the right approach for your unique circumstances and experiences. Anna is a fully qualified member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) working in private practice and the NHS. Anna has helped clients work through many problems including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life crises and relationship difficulties.
Anna has experience working with:
Bereavement and complex grief
Issues related to ageing
Low self-esteem and low confidence
Rape and sexual assault
Transition into parenthood
Anna’s sessions are:
50 minutes weekly
Short-term (6-12 weeks) or longer term (open-ended as agreed together)
In person or online
For adults aged 18+
£60 per session
