Caroline is an integrative counsellor who works with children and teenagers. She aims to provide a safe non-judgemental space for young people to explore difficult emotions and situations and is passionate about empowering young people to make positive changes, allow personal growth and gain a stronger sense of self. Caroline uses a variety of approaches including play, CBT techniques, solution focussed and mindfulness, tailoring her approach to her clients needs.
Caroline is also an EMDR therapist and can work with adults and older teenagers in person and online.
