Caroline is a BACP Accredited integrative counsellor who uses a combination of therapeutic tools dependent upon what is right for the client. She aims to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for young people to explore difficult emotions and situations and is passionate about empowering young people to make positive changes, allow personal growth and gain a stronger sense of self.
She often uses art and play in her practice although recognises that this isn’t always how a young person likes to work and so is guided by what they feel comfortable with.
She has experience of working in primary and secondary schools as well as charity settings.
Caroline is available to work online with young people over the age of 13 and is available for short or long term work.
She is able to offer EMDR to adults and teenagers both online and in person.
Caroline charges £75 per session, sessions are 50 mins.
