Charlotte is an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist/counsellor working with adults of all ages. She is fully insured and a registered member of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists).
What Charlotte can offer you is a safe therapeutic space in which to explore and make sense of your experiences, thoughts and feelings. Charlotte will support you, at your own pace, on your journey towards a better understanding of yourself and whatever might be going on for you. Having a psychodynamic approach, Charlotte will be mindful of how your past experiences may influence your current patterns of thinking, feeling and in relating to others.
Charlotte has experience of working with clients with a variety of issues including for example; anxiety, depression, physical disability, speech difficulties, trauma, loneliness, loss and bereavement.
Alongside running her own private practice Charlotte also works at Basingstoke Counselling Service, a charity where she sees clients from all walks of life. There she also undertakes initial assessments, often with clients who have never had counselling before and may feel unsure.
Charlotte works with individual adults and charges £65 per 50 minute session.
