Catherine is qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist/Counsellor, drawing upon Transactional Analysis, Transpersonal and Integrative modalities.
Catherine works with clients is to bring the unconscious mind into consciousness - helping individuals to unravel, experience and understand their true, deep-rooted feelings in order to resolve them. She is able help individuals with a wide range of problems.
As well as working in private practice Catherine also works as Training Manager at Basingstoke Counselling Service, managing and teaching on the Introduction and Certificate Courses in Psychodynamic Counselling Skills and Theory. She also takes on Client Assessment work and struggling clients within a counselling charity.
Catherine provides a safe, therapeutic, non-judgmental, and confidential environment where you can talk freely and honestly about what is concerning you. Together, you can take the time to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours as well as reflecting on your life, relationships, and work.
Catherine work with individuals and couples to facilitate meaningful and lasting change for a greater sense of wellbeing.
Catherine charges £60 for individual sessions and £75 for couples.
