(B.A. (Hons.), PG Dip Humanistic Counselling, Diploma in Clinical Supervision, Diploma in Adult Social Care

Jill provides person centred counselling, offering a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental space for you to explore your difficulties. She works with young adults and adults.

Sometimes we can find that dealing with day to day life just gets too much and we may feel powerless and unable to see a way forward. As individuals, we mostly have a feeling or idea about what is best for us, but we may be constrained by how we feel about ourselves, our environment and others. Together these feelings may be preventing us from achieving our personal goals. Talking things through and seeing a things from a different perspective can give us the impetus to start to make changes which can make things for comfortable for us.

Jill has also worked in a corporate environment prior to becoming a counsellor and understands the conflicts that can arise trying to maintain a manageable work/life balance in an increasingly pressurised world.

Jill offers both short and long term counselling for many issues. These include anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, identity, sexuality, bereavement and loss. She also offers clinical supervision for counsellors and other professionals.

Jill charges £60 per 50 minute session.
