Jessica is an integrative psychotherapist for children, adolescents and their families. She has worked both in primary schools, secondary schools and charity settings. She uses a range of different approaches when working with young people including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness and play and art therapy. She is able to tailor her therapeutic intervention to the needs of the client. Jessica aims to provide a confidential, non judgmental and safe place, where the client can develop a trusting therapeutic relationship and to work through emotional and social difficulties.
She is passionate about viewing the young person within their system and strongly believes in allowing a young person to feel autonomous. Therefore, Jessica keeps the child or young persona at the centre of all her work.
Jessica can offer both online and face-to-face sessions and can work both short and long term.
She is committed to working within the BACP code of ethics.
Psychotherapy: £90 (sessions last for 50 minutes)
